Remember the Target Beauty box I told you about last Thursday? (if you missed that post you can read it HERE). Well one of the items I got in it was a dud...I went to try the Herbal Essences Naked Dry Shampoo and the darn thing wouldn't spray at all. I emailed Target and Herbal Essences and guess what happened?!
Target didn't have any replacements to send out, so they refunded me for the whole box! Plus Herbal Essences is sending me a coupon for a free one so that I get to try it! I am so overjoyed! I thought it was incredible customer service and it makes me want to continue to interact with both companies.
